Hardware Security Modules for Key Management

Hardware security modules for key management: Thales nShield Solo, a component of the nCipher product line, is a group of HSM slot cards for key protection. Optionally, applications can be run via the module to still better protect the processed data. nShield Solo, previously known as “nShieldÅg”, protects the key-relevant material on servers by way of a manipulation-proof hardware module.

nShield Solo is compatible with systems using PCI, PCI-X and PCI Express interfaces.
