ACR1281U nPA - Certified basic reader for the new ID card
The ACR1281U nPA is a contactless card reader of the basic reader class, certified under BSI-TR 03119 (v1.1). The reader is particularly suited for the use of electronic proof of identity via the new ID card being introduced in Germany (nPA) – the so-called e-ID function. Following PIN input via keyboard and USB cable, the reader generates a secure connection between the nPA and the relevant internet application.
